October Vendor Fair – Operation Ray of Light

Dear Friends, Vendors, and Community Supporters,

On behalf of Operation Ray of Light, I am writing to invite you to be part of our First Annual Operation Ray of Light Fall

Family Festival and Vendor Fair on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 40 Kiwanis Beach Road, Standish, Maine.

This is an event that brings families and the community together for fellowship, connection, and support. Our mission is

to create opportunities for veterans and their loved ones to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the healing power of

community. The Fall Family Festival will be a full day of gathering, activities, and celebration in support of those who

have served.

As part of this event, we are hosting a Vendor Fair and are aiming for more than 50 vendors. We would be honored to

have you join us. Whether you sell handmade goods, crafts, food, or other items, your presence helps create a vibrant

atmosphere and raises awareness and funds for our work supporting veterans and families impacted by PTSD.

Event & Vendor Details:

• Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026

• Location: 40 Kiwanis Beach Road, Standish, Maine

• Vendor Setup: 7:00 AM | Vendors Open: 8:00 AM

• Space: 10′ × 10′ — $40 per space

• Each vendor donates one item to the Operation Ray of Light bucket raffle

• Deadline to reserve space and for checks to be received: October 1, 2026

Because we are expecting heavy attendance, all vendor spaces must be reserved in advance. The deadline to reserve your

space and for checks to be received is October 1, 2026. A registration form is attached. Please complete and return it with

your check (payable to Operation Ray of Light) by that date. Spaces are first-come, first-served. If you have a website, we

will post it on our site and Facebook before the event.
